Small direct pressure injection molding machine (130T-320T)
The small direct-pressure injection molding machine adopts a central direct-pressure mold locking structure, effectively improving mold closing force and stability. This design makes the mold opening and closing during the injection molding more stable and reduces vibration and noise. At the same time, it is equipped with a double-cylinder injection system, which provides more stable and precise injection control. Through the independent double-cylinder structure, the requirements of high-speed and high-precision injection can be realized to ensure the quality and consistency of products. We use linear guide movement to provide a smoother and more stable mold opening and closing movement. Compared with traditional slider guides, linear guides can reduce friction and energy loss, prolonging the machine's service life.
