The MDE Series AC Servo Injection Robots provide two single-stage and telescopic models to meet different production needs. The single-stage model is suitable for simple grasping and transfer tasks, with fast action response times and a small operating radius. The telescopic model has adjustable arm length and a more extensive working range, making it suitable for handling diverse products and complex operational scenarios. They are more suitable for horizontal injection molding machines and adopt a high-performance AC servo motor drive system with excellent power and response performance. By precisely controlling the speed and position of the motor, the MDE series of manipulators can achieve high precision and stable operation, ensuring that the process of grabbing and transferring products is accurate. There are two operating modes: three-axis and five-axis. The three-axis operation mode is suitable for general grabbing and transfer tasks and can achieve basic three-directional movement. The five-axis operation mode has greater flexibility and maneuverability, can gain more complex motion control and multi-directional movement, and is suitable for handling precision assembly and unique configuration products. At the same time, the MDE series also provides a variety of accessories and accessories, such as suction cups, grippers, etc., which can be configured according to users' specific requirements to achieve more personalized applications.
