Three / Five Axis AC Servo Driven Robots are extensively suitable for horizontal injection molding machine from 75T to 1300T, being applied to take-out of finished products and spures, which has higher requirements on appearance and precision.

  • 1. The types of arm are with single-stage and telescopic, the vertical stroke of single stage arm are 600/800/900mm, and 900/1100/1500/1700mm for telescopic.
  • 2. Three axis (traverse/crosswise/main arm) / Five axis (traverse/crosswise/vertical main arm/vertical sub-arm) robots are driven by high performance AC servo motor, which is with a good performance of high speed take-out, moving based high rigidity slideway, and equipped with open style servo location controlling system to achieve the performance of high precision take-out.
