Our Topstar robot is specially used for gate-picking tasks in injection molding. It adopts advanced technology and sophisticated mechanical design to improve production efficiency and accuracy. The robot can precisely rotate the product by 90° to meet different process requirements or production needs through this rotation mechanism. Whether it is rotated horizontally or vertically, the robot can respond flexibly. At the same time, the arm of the robot has two characteristics: single-stage and telescopic. The single-stage arm has a simple and compact structure, suitable for scenes with limited space, and can achieve precise motion control. The telescopic arm has a flexible telescopic function, which can be telescopically adjusted according to the working distance requirements and is suitable for production lines and working environments of different sizes.
