Feeding and Conveying System
Stainless steel (corrosion free) single hopper loader is designed to provide rapid transportation of free-flowing for virgin resin or regrind resin directly to the injection molding machine. The design of the hinged upper cover of the vacuum motor ensures quick cleanup time and easy maintenance.
AD Series AC Servo Injection Robots

Injection mould clamping force range:100~300ton
Single axis AC servo driven robots are extensively applied to horizontal plastic injection machines ranging from 100 to 300T which can take out the runners and finished products from the mold of plastic injection molding machiines.
Six Axis Industrial Robots
Small robot: Lightweight body, mainly used in 3C electronics and other high-precision and precise production scenes, used in assembly, picking/placement, loading and unloading, tool operation, etc.
Medium robot: It adopts hollow arm and internal wiring design. It is mainly used for loading and unloading, deburring and burring of die-casting parts, and taking out injection molded parts.
Large robot: It adopts a high-strength, high-rigidity lightweight body, which is mainly used in injection molding, automotive, metal machinery and other fields for spot welding, polishing, handling, assembly, etc.
Mold Temperature Control System
The newly designed stainless steel frame structure uses water as the heat transfer medium to achieve heat exchange by direct cooling. It has the advantages of high heat conduction efficiency, less pollution, easy access to water resources, and low use cost. Standard temperature control reaches 120℃.
Auto Cooling System
Air Chillers adopt fin condensers (without need for cooling water) with the features of rapid heat transmission and excellent heat dispersion. This series can be afforded cooling ranges from 5~35℃, even lower to 3℃ (temperature-controlled accuracy at +-1℃).
Water Chillers adopt shell-shape condensers with the features of rapid heat transmission and excellent heat dispersion.

Sprue Picker Injection Robot

Injection mould clamping force range: 80~150ton.
Swing-Arm Robots are extensively applied to horizontal / vertical plastic injection machines ranging from 50T~ 250T which can rapid take out the runners, runner and finished products from the mold of plastic injection molding machines, and place runners or runner into beside-the-press granulator for recycling immediately.
TH Series Direct Press Type Injection Molding Machine(130T-1400T)
Standard and civilian injection molding machines, two series. TEII Series All Electric Injection Molding Machine(90T-460T)
This series of all-electric injection molding machine is elaborately built by Japanese expert team and adopts the most advanced all-electric technology from Japan, including motion control, lubrication, servo drive and mechanical design. The whole process from design to production is monitored by Japanese experts to build world-class products.
Dosing and Mixing System
Mainly used to process quantitative weighing and mixing from 2 to 6 kinds of raw materials, including new materials, secondary materials, color masterbatches, and various additives, etc. They are weighed and uniformly stirred and mixed. Complete models, which can meet the mixing requirements of multiple accuracy levels.
Granulating and Recycling System
The granulators are specially designed for crushing various plastics to recycle with high efficiency. Optimized the design of the blade holder, there are flake blades, claw blades and flat blades. Blade are made of excellet alloy material with long service life. In addition, there is less powder, low noise and low consumption. Safety protection device to comply with safety conformity, stable and reliable function.
